Appointment for visit

- To make an appointment with the department that you received treatment from, next appointment date and time can be set with the staff in that department that you received treatment from.
- If you want to make an appointment at the administration department, appointment date and time can be set with the staff who is in charge of outpatient reception in the administration department on the first floor.

Appointment by phone

- Appointment date and time can be set with the staff in the corresponding department by calling them.
- If you want to make an appointment at the hospital administration department by phone, you can call ☎+82-41-630-6282, ex) 6292 and appointment date and time can be set with the staff who is in charge of outpatient reception.

Appointment hours

Appointment by fax

Please write down the name, resident registration number, address, phone number, medical department and date and time of medical appointment and send it by fax (☎+82-041-630-6380), then you will be notified a day before the appointment.

Confirmation and change of medical appointment

Those who made an appointment by phone, online and fax should get a confirmation of the appointment from the reception staff of the administration department.
If there is no change or cancellation of appointment, you will be notified of the appointment date a day before the appointment.
If you are not able to keep the appointment for some unavoidable reason, you can cancel or get the next appointment date by visiting or calling the corresponding department or the reception staff of the administration department at least 1 day before the appointment date.

Acceptance of pre-payment for appointment

Our medical center doesn’t accept pre-payment on appointment and medical expenses will be accepted all together after the hospital visit.

Appointment on discharge

To make an appointment for outpatient care on discharge from a hospitalization, you can make an appointment with the corresponding department or at the administration department. The appointment method after discharge is same as the method of appointment for outpatient care mentioned above.
